Naseer Arafat is a distinguished arhitect and urban planner in Nablus, Palestine. He has for the past two decades been twin-city coordinator between Nablus and Stavanger, a city on the wast coast of Norway.
In this episode we get to know Arafats path towards working with cultural heritage and his thoughts on the role of cultural heritage exchange between two cities. Arafat was in Stavanger as a part of the official delegation from Nablus in June 2025 when Stavanger celebrated its 900th jubilee.
